Honest Usage
You must not:

- Mislead buyers or sellers
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, or feedback
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Product Listings (For Sellers)
Sellers must:
- List only genuine products
- Provide accurate descriptions and images
- Set correct pricing and stock availability
- Avoid misleading claims or exaggerated marketing
Prohibited practices include:
- Selling counterfeit or illegal items
- Copying other sellers’ product content
- Misrepresenting product condition or origin
Reviews and Ratings
Users should:
- Leave honest and relevant reviews based on real experience
- Avoid spam, fake, or incentivized reviews
- Not post irrelevant or promotional content in reviews
Orders and Transactions
Users must:
- Place orders only with genuine intent to purchase
- Avoid abuse of cancellation or return policies
- Respect refund and dispute processes
Fraudulent activities such as chargeback abuse or repeated false claims may lead to account restrictions.
Prohibited Content
The following is not allowed on Buysuq:
- Illegal products or services
- Adult or explicit content
- Hate speech or violent content
- Malware, phishing, or scam attempts
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted material
Platform Safety
To keep accounts secure:
- Do not share passwords or OTPs
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Report suspicious activity immediately
Enforcement Actions
Violation of these guidelines may result in:
- Content removal
- Warning or temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action in serious cases
