Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a seller on Buysuq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our seller platform.

Seller Account

You must provide accurate business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Product Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Buysuq reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

Orders & Fulfillment

You must fulfill orders within the stated handling time. Failure to ship on time may result in penalties or account suspension.

Returns & Refunds

Sellers must comply with Buysuq's return and refund policies. Returns accepted within the applicable return window will be processed according to our guidelines.

Commission & Payments

Buysuq charges a commission on each sale. Payments are disbursed to your bank account as per the agreed payout schedule, subject to adjustments for returns and refunds.

Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not list counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Intellectual Property

You must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Buysuq will take action against sellers who violate IP rights.

Limitation of Liability

Buysuq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the seller platform.

Termination

Buysuq reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms or our policies.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
