Change Delivery Address
You can update your delivery address only within a limited time window, depending on your order status.
How to Change Delivery Address
On Website
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order you want to update
- Click Change Address
- Choose a saved address or add a new one
- Confirm the update
When Can I Change the Address?
You can change the delivery address only if:
- Order is still in Pending or Confirmed status
- Order has not been shipped yet
Once the order is Shipped, the address cannot be changed.
What If My Order Is Already Shipped?
If your order is already shipped:
- The courier will attempt delivery at the original address
- You may contact the courier (if tracking allows)
- In some cases, rerouting is not possible
If delivery fails, the order may be returned to seller.
Important Notes
- Address changes may not be allowed for COD orders after confirmation
- Some sellers may restrict address changes for certain products
- International shipments usually cannot be modified after dispatch
Common Issues
“Change Address” Button Not Showing
This means:
- Order is already shipped, or
- Seller has restricted modifications
Address Updated but Not Reflected
- Refresh order page
- Check confirmation notification
- Contact support if mismatch continues
