Self Pickup Options
In some locations and for selected orders, Buysuq offers a self pickup option where you can collect your order directly instead of home delivery.
What is Self Pickup?
Self pickup means you collect your order from a designated pickup point, such as:
- Courier partner hub
- Seller store (if available)
- Nearby pickup center
How Self Pickup Works
- Place an order as usual
- If eligible, “Self Pickup” will be shown at checkout or order confirmation

You will receive pickup details:
- Pickup location
- Opening hours
- Pickup code or OTP
- Visit the location with your ID (if required)
- Show OTP and collect your package
When Self Pickup is Available
Self pickup depends on:
- Your delivery address
- Product type
- Seller preference
- Courier partner support
Not all orders will have this option.
Required for Pickup
Make sure you carry:
- Order ID
- Pickup OTP / code
- Valid ID (if requested)
- Mobile phone for verification
Pickup Time Limit
Orders must usually be collected within:
- 3 to 7 days after arrival at pickup point
If not collected, the order may be returned to the seller.
