Split Shipment Details
Sometimes your order may be shipped in multiple packages instead of a single delivery. This is called a split shipment.
What is Split Shipment?
Split shipment means:
- Your order is divided into two or more packages
- Each package may be shipped separately
- Items may arrive on different dates
This usually happens when:
- Products are from different sellers
- Items are stored in different warehouses
- Some items are available earlier than others
How to Track Split Shipments
- Go to My Orders
- Select your order
- Open Order Details
- View each shipment separately
You will see:
- Multiple tracking IDs
- Individual courier details
- Separate delivery statuses
Why Items Arrive Separately
Your order may be split due to:
- Different dispatch locations
- Inventory availability
- Size or handling requirements
- Faster delivery optimization
Delivery Timeline
Each shipment has its own:
- Dispatch date
- Tracking updates
- Estimated delivery time
So one package may arrive earlier than others.
Important Notes
- You will not be charged extra for split shipments
- All items still belong to the same order ID
- Refunds (if any) are processed per item, not per shipment
Missing One Package?
If one part of your order is missing:
- Check remaining tracking updates
- Wait for full delivery window
- Contact support with your order ID if delayed
