If you’re selling on Buysuq, this page explains how commission is calculated and when you receive your earnings.
How Commission Works
Buysuq charges a small commission on each successful sale. This helps cover:
- Platform maintenance
- Payment processing
- Customer support
- Marketing and promotions
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the product selling price.
Commission Calculation Example
If your product sells for ₹100:
- Commission rate: 10%
- Commission amount: ₹10
- Your earnings: ₹90 (before taxes or additional fees)
Final earnings may vary depending on:
- Product category
- Discount or promotions applied
- Shipping charges (if seller-managed)
When Do You Get Paid?
Payouts are released after:
- Order is marked as Delivered
- Return window is completed (if applicable)
Typical payout schedule:
- Weekly payout cycle
- Bi-weekly payout (in some cases)
- Custom vendor agreements (for high-volume sellers)
Payout Methods
You can receive your earnings through:
- Bank transfer
- Linked vendor bank account
- Wallet (if supported in your region)
Make sure your bank details are verified in the seller dashboard.
Payout Processing Time
After release:
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days
- International transfers: 3–7 business days (depending on bank)
Deductions & Fees
Your payout may include deductions such as:
- Platform commission
- Payment gateway fees
- Return/refund adjustments
- Penalty fees (if applicable)
All deductions are visible in your Payout Report.
