Manage Vendor Store

Your vendor store is your public storefront on Buysuq where customers view your brand, products, and ratings. You can fully control how it appears and operates from your seller dashboard.


What You Can Manage

From the store settings, you can update:

  • Store name and logo
  • Store banner image
  • Store description
  • Contact information
  • Business address
  • Store policies (returns, shipping, etc.)
  • Social media links
  • Store status (active / inactive)

How to Update Your Store

Steps
  1. Login to Vendor Dashboard
  2. Go to Store Settings or Manage Store
  3. Edit the required fields
  4. Upload updated images (logo/banner)
  5. Click Save Changes

Updates may take a few minutes to reflect on the public store page.


Store Appearance Tips

To improve conversions:

  • Use a clear, high-quality logo
  • Add a professional banner image
  • Write a short, clean store description
  • Keep contact details updated
  • Highlight your main product category

Store Status Control

Active Store
  • Visible to customers
  • Products can be purchased normally
Inactive Store
  • Store is hidden or restricted
  • No new orders can be placed (depending on system rules)

Common Issues

Changes Not Showing
  • Clear browser cache
  • Wait a few minutes for system sync
Cannot Upload Images
  • Check file size and format (JPG/PNG recommended)
  • Ensure internet connection is stable
Store Not Visible
  • Store may be under review or suspended
  • Check vendor notifications

Important Notes

  • Store information must be accurate and up to date
  • Misleading details may lead to account review or suspension
  • Some fields may require admin approval before changes go live
