Delete Account
You can request to delete your Buysuq account if you no longer want to use the service. This action is permanent in most cases and cannot be undone.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please note:
- Your order history may no longer be accessible
- Active orders should be completed before deletion
- Refunds in progress may still be processed
- Wallet or store credits (if any) should be used first
How to Delete Your Account
On Website
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to Account Settings
- Open Privacy & Security
- Click Delete Account
- Select a reason for deletion
- Confirm your request
You may be asked to verify via OTP for security.
Alternative: Account Deactivation
If you are not fully sure, you may choose to:
- Temporarily deactivate your account (if available)
- Disable notifications instead of deleting
What Happens After Deletion
- Your profile will be removed
- Personal data will be deleted or anonymized as per policy
- You will not be able to log in again with the same account
- Some data may be retained for legal or security requirements
Common Issues
Cannot find delete option
It may be limited to account settings under Privacy section or available via support request.
Active orders exist
You may need to wait until all orders are completed.
