Reset Password
If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it and regain access to your Buysuq account.
How to Reset Your Password
On Website
- Go to the Sign In page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email or mobile number
- Receive a verification code (OTP)
- Enter the OTP
- Set a new password
- Confirm and save changes
After this, you can log in with your new password.
When You Should Reset Password
Use this option if:
- You forgot your password
- Your account is locked due to failed login attempts
- You suspect unauthorized access
- You want to update your security credentials
Didn’t Receive OTP?
Try the following:
- Check spam or junk folder (for email)
- Wait 1–2 minutes and resend OTP
- Ensure correct email or mobile number is entered
- Check network signal if using mobile
Password Requirements
For better security, your new password should:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include letters and numbers
- Contain at least one special character
- Avoid common or easy passwords (like 123456)

- Never share your OTP or password with anyone
- Buysuq will never ask for your password via phone, chat, or email
- Always reset password only from the official website
