Some products on Buysuq are shipped directly by the seller instead of the central warehouse. This helps reduce delivery time and improves product availability.


What Does “Shipping by Seller” Mean?

When a product is marked as Shipping by Seller, it means:

  • The seller is responsible for packing and dispatching the order
  • The courier may be arranged by the seller or platform (depending on setup)
  • Delivery timelines can vary based on seller location

How It Works

  1. You place an order
  2. Seller confirms the order
  3. Seller packs and ships the product
  4. Courier picks up the item
  5. You receive tracking updates and delivery

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on:

  • Seller location
  • Your delivery address
  • Courier partner
  • Product availability
  • Peak seasons or holidays

In most cases, delivery may take slightly longer than warehouse-shipped items.


Tracking Your Order

You can track seller-shipped orders from:

  • My Orders
  • Order details page
  • Tracking ID provided by seller/courier

Important Notes

  • Shipping speed depends on individual seller performance
  • Some sellers may have different handling times
  • Order cancellations may not be possible after dispatch
  • Return policies depend on seller agreement and product type

Order not shipped yet
