What Does “Shipping by Seller” Mean?
When a product is marked as Shipping by Seller, it means:
- The seller is responsible for packing and dispatching the order
- The courier may be arranged by the seller or platform (depending on setup)
- Delivery timelines can vary based on seller location
How It Works
- You place an order
- Seller confirms the order
- Seller packs and ships the product
- Courier picks up the item
- You receive tracking updates and delivery
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on:
- Seller location
- Your delivery address
- Courier partner
- Product availability
- Peak seasons or holidays
In most cases, delivery may take slightly longer than warehouse-shipped items.
Tracking Your Order
You can track seller-shipped orders from:
- My Orders
- Order details page
- Tracking ID provided by seller/courier

- Order cancellations may not be possible after dispatch
