How to Verify Your Mobile Number
During Sign Up or Login
- Enter your mobile number
- Click Continue
- You will receive an OTP via SMS
- Enter the OTP in the verification field
- Your mobile number will be verified automatically
When You Need to Verify
You may be asked to verify your mobile number when:
- Creating a new account
- Logging in from a new device
- Updating your phone number
- Making a purchase for the first time
- Resetting your password
Didn’t Receive OTP?
If OTP is not received:
- Check if the number is correct
- Wait 1–2 minutes and try again
- Restart your phone if needed
- Ensure you have network signal
- Request a new OTP
OTP Expired
OTP codes are time-sensitive. If it expires:
- Click Resend OTP
- Enter the new code immediately
Wrong OTP Entered
If you enter the wrong OTP:
- Try again carefully
- Request a new OTP if needed
Security Note
- OTP is confidential
- Do not share it with anyone
- Buysuq support will never ask for your OTP
