Mobile verification helps secure your Buysuq account and enables full access to orders, payments, and profile features.


How to Verify Your Mobile Number

During Sign Up or Login
  1. Enter your mobile number
  2. Click Continue
  3. You will receive an OTP via SMS
  4. Enter the OTP in the verification field
  5. Your mobile number will be verified automatically

When You Need to Verify

You may be asked to verify your mobile number when:

  • Creating a new account
  • Logging in from a new device
  • Updating your phone number
  • Making a purchase for the first time
  • Resetting your password

Didn’t Receive OTP?

If OTP is not received:

  • Check if the number is correct
  • Wait 1–2 minutes and try again
  • Restart your phone if needed
  • Ensure you have network signal
  • Request a new OTP

OTP Expired

OTP codes are time-sensitive. If it expires:

  • Click Resend OTP
  • Enter the new code immediately

Wrong OTP Entered

If you enter the wrong OTP:

  • Try again carefully
  • Request a new OTP if needed

Security Note

  • OTP is confidential
  • Do not share it with anyone
  • Buysuq support will never ask for your OTP
