Cash on Delivery (COD) Help
Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay for eligible orders at the time of delivery instead of paying online in advance.
How Cash on Delivery Works
- Add eligible products to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method
- Place your order
- Pay the delivery agent when the package arrives
COD Availability
COD may be available depending on:
- Delivery location
- Seller settings
- Product category
- Order value
- Courier availability
Some products or regions may not support Cash on Delivery.
Accepted Payment Methods for COD
Depending on the courier partner, you may be able to pay using:
- Cash
- UPI
- Mobile wallet
- Card payment
Availability may vary by delivery partner.
COD Order Verification
For security purposes:
- Some COD orders may require OTP verification
- Large-value orders may require confirmation before shipment
Orders that are not verified may be automatically cancelled.
Extra COD Charges
In some cases, a small convenience fee may apply for Cash on Delivery orders. Any applicable charge will be shown during checkout before placing the order.
Why Is COD Not Available?
COD may be unavailable because:
- Your location is not serviceable
- The seller disabled COD
- High-risk or restricted product category
- Order value exceeds COD limit
- Courier partner restrictions
You can still place the order using online payment methods.
Refusing COD Orders
Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may:
- Reduce future COD eligibility
- Trigger account verification checks
- Affect order trust score
Refunds for COD Orders
If a COD order is returned or cancelled after payment:
- Refunds are usually processed to:
- Bank account
- UPI ID
- Wallet/store credit
Refund processing may require account verification.
