Having trouble with your GST invoice? This guide explains how GST invoices work on Buysuq and how to resolve common invoice-related issues.
What Is a GST Invoice?
A GST invoice is a tax invoice provided for eligible orders that includes:
- Seller GSTIN
- Invoice number
- Tax breakdown
- Product details
- Billing information
GST invoices are available only for eligible products and registered sellers.
How to Download GST Invoice
On Website
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order
- Click Download Invoice
The invoice will be available in PDF format.
GST Invoice Not Available
A GST invoice may not be available if:
- The seller is not GST registered
- The product category is GST exempt
- The order is still processing
- The invoice is being generated
- The order was cancelled or failed
Please wait for the order to be shipped or delivered before checking again.
Wrong GST Details on Invoice
If your GST number, business name, or billing information is incorrect:
- Contact Buysuq Support immediately
- Share your order ID
- Provide the correct GST details
Invoice corrections may only be possible before final invoice processing.
GST Number Not Added During Checkout
If GST information was not entered during checkout:
- Invoice modification may not always be possible after order confirmation
- Contact support for assistance
Input Tax Credit (ITC) Questions
For ITC eligibility:
- Ensure the invoice contains valid GST details
- Verify the seller GSTIN
- Consult your tax advisor if needed

Multiple Invoices for One Order
Some orders may generate separate invoices because:
- Products are shipped from different sellers
- Items are delivered separately
- Multiple warehouses are involved
