Download Invoice
You can download your invoice anytime from your Buysuq account after your order is confirmed or delivered.
How to Download an Invoice
On Website
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order
- Open the Order Details page
- Click Download Invoice
The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file.
What Information Is Included?
Your invoice may include:
- Order ID
- Invoice number
- Product details
- Seller information
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Tax and GST details
- Payment method
- Total amount paid
When Is the Invoice Available?
Invoices are usually available:
- After order confirmation
- After shipment
- Or after successful delivery depending on seller settings
GST Invoice
If GST information is provided during checkout:
- A GST invoice may be generated
- Business buyers can use it for tax purposes where applicable
Invoice Not Available?
Possible reasons:
- Order is still processing
- Seller has not generated the invoice yet
- Digital or restricted products may not support invoices

Invoice Details Incorrect?
If your invoice contains incorrect information:
- Contact Buysuq Support
- Provide your order ID and correct billing details
Invoice edits may not be possible after final generation depending on tax regulations.
