What is Buysuq Wallet?
The wallet is your digital balance inside Buysuq where you can:
- Receive refunds from cancelled or returned orders
- Store cashback rewards
- Use balance for future purchases
What are Store Credits?
Store Credits are promotional or compensation amounts issued by Buysuq or sellers. These can be used only on eligible purchases within the platform.
How to Use Wallet or Store Credits
At checkout:
- Go to the payment page
- Select Wallet / Store Credit
- Apply available balance
- Pay the remaining amount (if any) using another payment method
When Do I Receive Wallet Balance?
Wallet balance is added when:
- Refund is processed successfully
- Cashback is awarded
- Promotional credits are issued
Refund to Wallet vs Original Payment Method
Depending on the order type:
- Some refunds go directly to your original payment method
- Some are added to your Buysuq Wallet for faster processing
Wallet Balance Not Showing?
If your balance is missing:
- Check if refund is still processing
- Refresh your account page
- Verify order status in My Orders
- Contact support if not updated after expected time
Expiry of Store Credits
Some promotional credits may have:
- Expiration dates
- Usage restrictions
- Category limitations
Always check credit details before using them.
Can Wallet Be Withdrawn?
Wallet balance is generally:
- Usable only for purchases on Buysuq
- Not transferable or withdrawable to bank accounts (unless stated in refund policy)
