Cancel an Order
You can cancel eligible orders before they are shipped or processed for delivery.
How to Cancel an Order
On Website
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Order
- Choose a cancellation reason
- Confirm cancellation
You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation request is successful.
When Can an Order Be Cancelled?
Orders can usually be cancelled when the status is:
- Pending
- Confirmed
- Processing
Orders may not be cancellable after:
- Shipment
- Out for delivery
- Delivery completion
Some products may also have seller-specific cancellation restrictions.
Common Cancellation Reasons
- Ordered by mistake
- Found a better price
- Changed delivery address
- Delivery taking too long
- Payment issue
- No longer needed
Refund After Cancellation
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are processed to:
- Original payment method
- Bank account
- Wallet/store credit
Cash on Delivery Orders
No refund is required if payment was not collected.
Refund Processing Time
Estimated refund timelines:
- Wallet refunds: Usually instant
- UPI/Bank/Card refunds: 3–10 business days
Actual timing depends on your payment provider and bank.
Cannot Cancel the Order?
If the cancel option is unavailable:
- The order may already be shipped
- Seller processing may be completed
- Product may be non-cancellable
In such cases, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery.
Partial Order Cancellation
If supported, you can cancel:
- Individual items from a multi-item order
- Specific quantities from eligible products
