Replace Damaged Product

If you received a damaged product, you can request a replacement through Buysuq within the eligible return window.


How to Request a Replacement

On Website
  1. Login to your Buysuq account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the damaged product order
  4. Click Return / Replace Item
  5. Choose “Damaged Product Received” as the reason
  6. Select Replacement (if available)
  7. Submit the request

Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled and a replacement will be processed.


When You Can Request Replacement

You are eligible if:

  • Product arrived physically damaged
  • Item is broken on delivery
  • Packaging shows damage affecting the product
  • Product is not usable due to defect on arrival

Evidence May Be Required

To speed up approval, you may need to provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Unboxing images or video (if available)
  • Packaging condition images

Replacement Process

  1. Return pickup is arranged
  2. Seller / warehouse inspects the returned item
  3. If approved, replacement is shipped
  4. You receive a new product with updated tracking

If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


Important Conditions

Replacement may not be accepted if:

  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • Product is misused or tampered with
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Return window has expired
