Missing Item in Order

If your order is missing one or more items, you can report it and request a quick resolution.


What “Missing Item” Means

A missing item means:

  • You received the package, but one or more products are not inside
  • The order shows multiple items, but only part of it was delivered

What to Do First

Before reporting:

  • Check the full package carefully
  • Verify all boxes, pouches, and inner packaging
  • Ask family members or security if they received anything separately
  • Check if your order was shipped in multiple packages

How to Report Missing Item

On Website
  1. Login to your Buysuq account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the relevant order
  4. Click Report an Issue
  5. Choose Missing Item
  6. Select the missing product and submit

Required Information

To process your request faster, provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Photos of received package (if requested)
  • Unboxing video (if available, highly recommended)

Resolution Options

After verification, Buysuq may:

  • Send the missing item again (replacement)
  • Issue a refund for the missing item
  • Investigate with seller/courier

Processing Time

Resolution usually takes:

  • 24–72 hours for initial review
  • Additional time if courier investigation is required

Common Reasons for Missing Items

  • Split shipment (items shipped separately)
  • Warehouse packing error
  • Courier handling mistake
  • Seller inventory mismatch

Important Notes

  • Always record an unboxing video for high-value orders
  • Missing item claims may be rejected without proof in some cases
  • Multiple claims may require additional verification
