If your order is missing one or more items, you can report it and request a quick resolution.
What “Missing Item” Means
A missing item means:
- You received the package, but one or more products are not inside
- The order shows multiple items, but only part of it was delivered
What to Do First
Before reporting:
- Check the full package carefully
- Verify all boxes, pouches, and inner packaging
- Ask family members or security if they received anything separately
- Check if your order was shipped in multiple packages
How to Report Missing Item
On Website
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the relevant order
- Click Report an Issue
- Choose Missing Item
- Select the missing product and submit
Required Information
To process your request faster, provide:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Photos of received package (if requested)
- Unboxing video (if available, highly recommended)
Resolution Options
After verification, Buysuq may:
- Send the missing item again (replacement)
- Issue a refund for the missing item
- Investigate with seller/courier
Processing Time
Resolution usually takes:
- 24–72 hours for initial review
- Additional time if courier investigation is required
Common Reasons for Missing Items
- Split shipment (items shipped separately)
- Warehouse packing error
- Courier handling mistake
- Seller inventory mismatch

- Always record an unboxing video for high-value orders
- Missing item claims may be rejected without proof in some cases
