How to Check Refund Status
On Website
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to My Orders
- Open the relevant order
- Click Refund Status or View Details
You will see:
- Refund progress
- Approval status
- Refund method
- Expected completion date
Refund Stages Explained
Refund Initiated
Your refund request has been received and is being processed.
Refund Approved
Your refund has been verified and approved by Buysuq or the seller.
Processing
Funds are being transferred to your original payment method or wallet.
Completed
Refund has been successfully credited to your account.
Failed
Refund could not be processed. You may need to contact support or update payment details.
Refund Methods
Refunds are usually sent to:
- Original payment method (card, bank, mobile payment)
- Buysuq wallet / store credit
- Bank account (for COD orders, if applicable)
Refund Timeframe
Refund time depends on payment method:
- Card payments: 5–10 business days
- Mobile payments / wallets: 1–3 business days
- Bank transfer (COD refunds): 7–14 business days
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Why Refund May Be Delayed

Refund Not Received?
If your refund is not received within the expected time:
- Check refund status in your order details
- Verify payment account used during checkout
