Need to return a product? Buysuq makes the return process simple and secure for eligible orders.


How to Return an Item

On Website
  1. Login to your Buysuq account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the item you want to return
  4. Click Return Item
  5. Choose the return reason
  6. Submit your request

Once approved, pickup and refund/replacement details will be shared.


Eligible Return Reasons

You can request a return if:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Product not as described
  • Size or fit issue (if applicable)

Return Eligibility Conditions
