Track your package

On Website

  1. Login to your Buysuq account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select your order
  4. Click Track Package

You will see:

  • Current order status
  • Courier information
  • Tracking ID
  • Estimated delivery date

Order Status Meaning

Pending

Your order has been placed successfully and is waiting for confirmation.

Confirmed

The seller or warehouse has confirmed your order.

Processing

Your order is being packed and prepared for shipment.

Shipped

The package has been handed over to the courier partner.

Out for Delivery

The delivery rider is on the way with your package.

Delivered

The package has been delivered successfully.

Cancelled

The order was cancelled before shipment or delivery.

Returned

The item has been returned and refund/replacement processing may begin.


Tracking Information Not Updating

Tracking details may take some time to appear after shipment.

Please wait:

  • 2–6 hours after shipping confirmation
  • Up to 24 hours during busy periods

If tracking still does not update, contact support.


Where Can I Find My Tracking ID?

Your tracking ID is available:

  • In the order details page
  • In shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • Inside delivery notifications

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on:

  • Seller location
  • Customer location
  • Product type
  • Courier service
  • Holidays or weather conditions

Common Tracking Issues

Tracking ID Not Working

The courier system may need time to activate the tracking number.

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received
  • Check with family members or neighbors
  • Contact the delivery rider if available
  • Contact Buysuq support immediately
Delivery Delayed

Delays can happen because of:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier issues
  • High order volume
  • Remote delivery areas
