Why Your Delivery May Be Delayed
Delays can happen for several reasons:
- High order volume (sales, campaigns, holidays)
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions or natural disruptions
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
- Seller processing delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
How to Check Delivery Status
- Login to your Buysuq account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the delayed order
- Open Track Package
You can see:
- Current shipping status
- Last updated location
- Expected delivery date
- Courier tracking updates
What You Can Do
If your order is delayed:
- Wait for updated tracking information (often updates within 24–48 hours)
- Check if delivery date has changed in your order details
- Ensure your contact number is reachable
- Confirm your delivery address is correct
When to Contact Support
Reach out to support if:
- No tracking update for more than 48–72 hours
- Estimated delivery date has passed
- Package is stuck in the same location for too long
- Courier status is unclear or not updating
