Order Not Confirmed
If your order is not confirmed, it usually means the seller or system is still processing your request.
What “Not Confirmed” Means
When an order is placed, it goes through a confirmation step:
- Payment verification (for online payments)
- Stock availability check
- Seller approval (if applicable)
If any of these steps are pending, the order will stay Not Confirmed.
Possible Reasons
Your order may not be confirmed due to:
- Payment is still processing or pending
- Payment failed but not updated yet
- Insufficient stock from seller
- Seller has not accepted the order yet
- System delay in updating status
- High traffic or temporary server issue
What You Should Do
1. Check Payment Status
Go to your payment method:
- If payment is successful, wait for confirmation update
- If failed, retry the order
2. Check My Orders
- Open My Orders
- See if status changes from “Pending” to “Confirmed”
3. Wait for Some Time
Sometimes confirmation takes:
- A few minutes (normal cases)
- Up to 24 hours (payment gateway delay)
