Wrong Item Received

If you received a product that doesn’t match what you ordered, you can request a return or replacement depending on eligibility.


What to Do First

Before raising a request, quickly check:

  • Product name and variant (size, color, model)
  • Invoice details
  • Package label

If it still doesn’t match your order, proceed with a return request.


How to Report Wrong Item

On Website
  1. Login to your Buysuq account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Open the relevant order
  4. Click Return / Report Issue
  5. Select Wrong Item Received
  6. Upload clear photos (if required)
  7. Submit the request

Required Proof

To process faster, you may need to provide:

  • Unboxing photos or video
  • Product images received
  • Order invoice screenshot

Possible Resolution

After verification, Buysuq may:

  • Replace the correct item
  • Issue a full refund
  • Offer store credit (in some cases)

Resolution depends on seller policy and stock availability.


Important Notes

  • Do not use the product if you want a smooth return approval
  • Keep original packaging and tags intact
  • Report the issue within the return window
  • Late reports may not be accepted

If Return Option Is Not Available

If you don’t see a return button:

  • The item may be non-returnable
  • Or the return window may be closed
